　Liuzhou OVM Machinery Co., Ltd. was reformed system wholly on January 1, 2004.
　Liuzhou OVM Machinery Co., Ltd. was established with funds provided by Liuzhou Construction Machinery Factory General (established in 1966), Jingfeng Investment Limited Company of Shenzhen Huaqiang Group Tongji University and Dongnan University together, it has 90 million of registered capital, it is the largest enterprise manufacturing prestressing equipments designated by China Construction Ministry, and it is a medium-sized enterprise collected scientific research, design, manufacturing and prestressing construction as a whole. OVM has already adopted software CAPMS based on popular MRP-II principle on international industry in production, management and administration, it has set up and realized management networkedly in computers. OVM has advanced technology and compulete equipment. OVM has all kinds of numerical control lathes, processing centers, heat treatment equipments which the computer controls, large-scale precision finishing equipments. OVM has realized semi-automatic production. The products have already formed 4 big kinds, more than 30 series, more than 400 varieties. OVM Post-tensioning Systems, tension equipments, cables products, Elastomeric Bearings and Expansion Joints, etc. are in great demand at home and abroad. OVM developed External Prestressing System, Stay Cable System Using Strands, Hydraulic Lifting, Incremental Launching/Turning Systems, New-type Hangers and Ties, Products for Suspension Bridge, Vacuum Grouting System, etc. in recent year. 　OVM passed the verification ISO9001：1994 of the Certification Institutes of CQC and BSI respectively in 1995 and 1996, and adopts ISO9001:2000 formally on March 6, 2001. OVM becomes the first enterprises in colleagues changing the system standard of quality. OVM product qualities and every performance indexes reach standard GB/T14370-2000、JT/4-93、JT3141-90、JT329.1-1997、JT329.1-1997, etc. After being measured and examinated strictly by International Prestress Concrete Association (FIP), measuring organization who the British Commonwealth government have approved, and the organization of quality authority measures of Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc., verify that the performance index of OVM product have reached FIP standard, British BSI standard, Japanese JIS standard that the world recommends. The overall engineering level occupies and leads at home, some products reach the advanced level of the world　colleague.

　Up to now, OVM has already obtained the patent authorized more than 180, and there are 26 newly-increased patents in 2002. Patent of "Cable-stayed Multistrand Anchor Using Wedge and Installation Methods (夹片式拉索群锚及安装方法)" wins patent of the seventh patent gold medal of China in 2001.
　In December of 1996, OVM set up national-level enterprise technique center, consisting of development, experiment measuring, the computer, information four major centres under the enterprise, and have set up effective encouragement tied mechanism. With relatively strong ability of scientific research and design and trial-producing, OVM can bear projects develop at the near future, middle period and at a specified future date, and technological innovation mechanism is flexible, technology is overall, the strength is rich. In August of 2001, OVM established Tongji University's OVM Prestress Research Center, and cooperated with Tongji University to carry on the research of the new structure of prestress. In December of 2002, national personnel department fiated to set up the work station of post-doctor's scientific research by OVM. Regarding this as a platform, by way of adopting management of flowing, that combine the senior talent who participating in developping and developping with OVM, make us both able to utilize the existing development achievement, and store high-level and advanced talents for the internationalized competition.
