The products are mainly finished stay cable product of cable-stay bridge, stay cable product of hot-casting anchorage, stay cable product of hangers and ties, external cable, high antiseptic performance PC tendons with full-coating epoxy and single, double-deck HDPE unbonded prestressing tendons.

PC tendons with full-coating epoxy is a kind of excellent anti-corrosion property tendon researched and manufactured by Liuzhou OVM Machinery Co., Ltd.. Each steel wire surface of φ5 stranded wire is electrostatic sprayed an even pre-pressing thickness epoxy resin membrane, so known as PC tendons with full-coating epoxy agein. Because its membrane is even, its surface is smooth and planish, friction coefficient is small, and can be made to be unbonded prestressing tendon form.

In addition, comparing with the tendons without coating, the mechanical property of the PC tendons with full-coating epoxy was not reduced basically; there are no bubbles, breaking-off, crack etc. to apply the membrane; the coating epoxy can work in -70℃ and +100℃ environments while coating performance is not influenced, that is to say, the coating epoxy is not brittle rupture, soften and the ability of transfer load is not reduced. After being coated, the outside diameter of PC tendons changed relatively light, the original OVM Post-tensioning Systems can still use, it doesn't need to use special anchorage, wedges except that it is matched peculiar stretching technology. The construction is convenient, the expenses are low.

At present, PC tendons with full-coating epoxy have already been widely used in such structure as external cable bridge, tendon-stayed bridges using strands.
