The expansion
joint of the bridge is the structure of
satisfying the roof beam body capable of
expansion and contraction, it requires
the expansion joint to have good durability,
comfortableness going, good waterproof,
convenience of constructing, simple and
convenient maintenance. In addition, it
can't be ignored either that the choice
of the rational structure, the precision
of processing and package.
The actuating system of
OVM serial expansion
joints are composed of
the crossbeam, elastic
support and control spring
being made of special material.
Comparing with other like products, its
main characteristic is:
a. control displacement spring has good
compression and spring-back performance,
it can balance expansion
strength of side beam component and transmit
minimum displacement resistance to roof
beam, at the same time, it can reduce the
momentum pressure and reduce the noise.
b. the roof beam and side beam of expansion
joints in the domestic present adopt several
kinds of hot-rolling, press forming and
group weld. Because it adopts welding steel
plates or steel sections to the bonded structure
of special steel section, bulk property
is relatively bad, work load of electric
welding is heavy, it is easy to appear sealing-off.
While sealing rubber-treated tape using
battens and screws, the fastener is easy
to be staining and break, lead to rubber-treated
tape coming off or jumping and taking off.
Yet OVM company adopts whole hot rolling,
or extrusioning forming structure, and control
its pass strictly, so have solved above-mentioned
problems.
c. because of transmission pattern (for
instance adopting oblique supporting), expansion
homogeneity of the product is poor, and
it is apt to self-lock. It is parallel to
assign for OVM company to adopt, increase
mechanical linkage at the same time, then
overcome question of self-lock, and can
make every joint can remain even while dilatation,
reduce the impact of the walking automobile,
improve the service life of the expansion
joint greatly.
